Parents must ensure
that their wards are regular, punctual and correctly dressed.

Students must always
carry the school diary with them and take-home assignments seriously.

Attendance of the
students in all school activities / school functions, particularly celebration of National Days is compulsory.

All Periodic Tests
and Term examinations are mandatory in all classes.

Absenteeism during
examination will be viewed seriously.

Each absentee
case will be reviewed by the Examination Committee individually and decision will be taken accordingly.

Medical Leaves
must be accompanied by medical certificates.

Minimum attendance
for eligibility to appear in the Final examination is 75%. Examination Committee holds the right to disallow a candidate from appearing in the examination if he / she runs short of requisite attendance.

Promotion of a student
to the next class is based on the day to day work throughout the year and also on the performance in examinations.

Progress reports
will be given to the students at the end of each term.

Request for the report
of Academic performance during mid session will not be entertained until the Final Examination result is declared.

If the original report
card is lost, duplicate report card will be issued after a payment of Rs. 100/-
